Cobb Landmarks' $600,000 capital expansion project brings a historic Cobb County log cabin and brick smokehouse to the William Root House campus in Marietta. The 1830's era cabin was in fairly good shape, considering its age, however some of the boards in the ceiling needed to be replaced. When they ran out of reclaimed wood, they called Atlanta Barnwood. Luckily, we had some nice, 1-inch wood that was reclaimed from an old barn in Kentucky that matched the existing wood perfectly.
