When David Boehmig, President of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, wanted to upgrade his above garage loft, he contacted us for advice on flooring. The original space had carpet, but David wanted a rustic wood floor with tons of natural character. After reviewing options, he selected our 3/4 mixed hardwood flooring with a skip dressed face. Leftover flooring was repurposed as countertops in the kitchen.
