Our live edge wood slabs are perfect for tabletops, countertops, furniture, and other specialty projects. We sell only wood slabs that are sustainably sourced and meet our high standards. Each slab is dried carefully to the proper moisture content..
Slab sizes vary from 1 1/2" to 3" thick x 14" to 46" wide x 60" to 120" long.
Species include walnut, sycamore, white oak, maple, cypress and others. Call for availability.
Slab Flattening Service
Got a wood slab, door or tabletop that is cupped or twisted? Atlanta Barnwood has the expertise and heavy duty equipment to handle all your slab flattening needs. Our commercial 15HP Jointa Wood JWC 740 can handle any wood slab up to 73”’ wide and 14 1/2’ long! Turn to us and save yourself the time and frustration of flattening your slab.
Appointments are from 10Am to 2PM, Monday through Friday. Prior to your appointment one of our staff will contact you to discuss your slab flattening project, and to ensure we can meet your expectations.
Flattening fee is $50 initial setup and $125.00/hour. Since each flattening project is unique, the time it takes to flatten your slab will depend on the size/specie, how much you want us to remove, etc.
