1. All orders require signed documentation prior to processing and a 50% nonrefundable deposit.
    

2. Your order will begin processing once your deposit is received.
    

3. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, unless approved by Atlanta Barnwood.
    

4. A 20% restocking fee may be applied if you change your order prior to delivery.
    

5. All products are sold FOB Marietta, Georgia. Atlanta Barnwood offers shipping on most orders within 25 miles of Marietta for $75 per hour, starting from when the truck leaves our facility. You must be present at the home or job site or your order will not be delivered.
    

6. Full payment of any remaining balance must be received at the time of delivery or your order will not be delivered. If a 2nd trip is required due to you not being present at the time of 1st delivery, you will be charged for the 2nd delivery.
    

7. Atlanta Barnwood WILL NOT bring your order upstairs or downstairs. Your order will be left on the ground level only. The delivery area must be clear and ready to receive the materials.
    

8. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be completed. You will be notified once your order is ready. Upon notification, you have 5 business days to pick up your order, unless it’s being shipped by Atlanta Barnwood. Any orders remaining in our possession 5 business days after notification will be charged a $5.00 per day storage fee.
